We are looking for a Junior Account Manager for our client who is an expanding supplier of Homewares. This hybrid position will assist in the day to day running of a major account, meeting agreed KPIs to deliver exemplary service and meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and support the Account Manager in documenting category meetings both in house and with the customer, identifying actions, facilitating customer’s requests and ensuring we deliver to their requirements.
Represent the company while building a relationship with the customer. Internally support the account manager in attending key stakeholders through meetings.
Assist our Design and Buying teams by providing relevant data and product knowledge to drive profit and positive new development that meets the customer’s strategic brief.
Build a good knowledge of the given product categories through competitor analysis and benchmarking.
Support the Account Manager in the Pre-Production process from concept through to delivery to store following the critical path on time and raising any concerns to Account Manager prior to final deadlines. Taking the lead on any areas given to ‘own’
Completing customer related product documentation on time, in detail and to the requirements, gathering information from relevant stake holders where needed.
Working as part of the wider team across all areas of the business from Design, QC, Merchandising, Accounts and Warehousing, completing and updating all required documents accurately to ensure processes are followed and stakeholders are fully updated on the customer’s present requirements.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally 2 years’ experience of working within Supply Chain, account team or buying department.
Ideally the candidate will have worked with High Street / Supermarket retailers or Supplier.
Preferably holds an understanding of Far East manufacturing including costs / moqs / lead-times.
Ability to understand and follow a critical path and work to deadlines.
Confident with costings. Taking quoted prices and adding associated costs, with the ability to arrive at an agreeable margin
Excellent attention to detail to ensure details are logged and records are kept updated accurately.
A good communicator who is a team player.
Previous experience or study within the home textile / ceramic product areas preferred but not essential.
Excellent skills in Excel, Word, Office and PowerPoint.

Due to continued growth and exciting new opportunities, they now need to expand their amazing creative team and are looking for a Designer with lingerie, swimwear and nightwear experience to work on leading brand and retail accounts.
To be considered for this role, you would need:
An eye for fashion trends and new product innovation.
A keen interest in catwalk trends, fashion, fabric, print designs and trims is a must.
CAD skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as standard.
Print design skills.
Excellent communication skills.
To be able to manage your own workload and take responsibility for the customer accounts assigned to you, working autonomously to meet deadlines and sharing knowledge and product with your colleagues.

You will be:
Ensure high service levels are provided and newness in design is given.
Proficient in Adobe Software, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
See concept designs through to production, working closely with buyers and factories to ensure the brief is met.
Work closely with technologists and merchandisers, to ensure products fit and find solutions to any problems in production.

The Role
You will be required to undertake a wide range of product quality inspections as well as office-based administration functions to ensure compliance with customer and delivery requirements.
The successful candidate will form part of a small internal team dealing with a wide range of quality issues as well as communicating directly with overseas factories and internal stakeholders.
Investigate quality issues reported to the business.
Perform hands on detailed quality inspection of various products and raising of inspection reports.
Completion of Quality Inspection log and reporting progress of inspections and planned actions to internal stakeholders.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for non- compliant goods / deliveries, where necessary arrange rectification or disposal and arrange claims with overseas suppliers.
Completion and issue of product specification information
Approval of compliance documentation received from factories, ensuring they meet the requirements of delivery requirements.
