After a successful career spanning nearly two decades in the fashion industry overseas, a senior buyer and product manager returned to the UK in April 2024, fully equipped to embark on their next career chapter.

Upon registering with Encore in November, the candidate, showing their proactive nature, engaged in a strategic collaboration with me to approach prospective clients with speculative applications. However, before this plan fully unfolded, I identified an exciting opportunity with a long-standing client.

With agreement from the candidate, we successfully connected them with the client. After productive meetings with the Sales Director and Managing Director, the client was impressed and offered the candidate the position of Account Manager in Kidswear. The candidate, thrilled with the opportunity, accepted and started in December 2024.
