This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about creating imaginative, playful and age appropriate design’s for children’s nightwear, daywear and swimwear including cross category collections. The successful candidate will work closely with the licensing team to incorporate well known licensed characters and properties that resonate with kids and their parents. Key Responsibilities: Create compelling, age appropriate graphic designs for a variety of products targeted at children (apparel, nightwear, swimwear) Work with licensed character’s, brands an intellectual properties to ensure designs meet licensing guidelines and standards. Keep up to date with the latest design trends, kids pop culture and preferences to ensure that designs stay relevant. Create seasonal trend packs as well as flash trends throughout the seasons using digital platforms as well as regular comp shopping. Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Sales teams to ensure designs align with product strategies. Revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. About you: Experience in designing Apparel, multi product for kids. Knowledge of intellectual property and licensing processes. Experience with print production, manufacturing limitations and digital design Familiarity with copyright laws related to children’s content. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/ Surface Pattern, Illustration , or a related filed (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience with a portfolio showcasing design work for children’s products or licensing. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience working with licensed content and adhering to brand guidelines. Understanding of trend’s in children’s entertainment and design. Ability to create fun, engaging and creative visuals that appeal to younger audiences.

We are seeking an experienced Import Merchandiser to join their dynamic head office team based in Altrincham, Cheshire. This role is integral in overseeing the flow of merchandising orders from initial artwork to bulk production and final approval. Key Responsibilities: Manage the merchandising process from artwork stage to bulk production. Collaborate with Design & Sales Teams during the initial stages of Cad designs. Focus on buying samples and work closely with retail buyers for submissions and approvals. Send design artwork packs to overseas factories. Contact factories and verify all styling and product details. Ensure accuracy of retail purchase orders before processing. Receive pre-production samples and manage submissions with buyers and licensors. Check print positions and templates for compliance. Maintain internal and retail critical paths, ensuring timely order delivery. Address any shipment delays professionally with both factories and customers. Utilize internal product development systems, production schedules, and licensor approval platforms. About You: Experience in a Merchandiser role, preferably in Baby/Kidswear. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Confident verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized, flexible, with strong analytical and administrative abilities. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Full driving license is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, and Excel.

Design seasonal capsule collections along with key shapes, colour palettes and fabric direction, with a strong commercial handwriting. Help identify key opportunities and the latest trends on product. Supporting customers deadlines and requests when needed. The ideal candidate will have: At least 3-5 years' experience as a Designer in sleepwear/ fashion retail business. Strong Adobe (particularly Illustrator) and CAD skills. The ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and appropriately with colleagues and buyers at all levels. Have a strong eye for trends, colour and good attention to detail. A relevant Fashion/Textile Design degree. Strong communication and time management skills. Self-motivation & enthusiasm, able to work towards tight deadlines. A strong understanding of the current high street, trends and the ability to look forward and anticipate new trends. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Strong on computer programs including Adobe and Illustrator. Willingness to travel abroad. Good communication skills and a confident presenter. Import Merchandiser Greater Manchester A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Import Merchandiser to join a well-established childrenswear client. This role requires you to have a sound knowledge and understanding of the critical path. You will be: Raising & maintaining purchase orders on the SAP system. Creating and managing the critical path. Attending internal fit meetings, with QA for each individual style, to check all PP samples, and Production samples for all details including fit, fabric cols, qualities, prints and trims. Updating and creating workbooks, for each order. Managing the critical path efficiently, by gaining approval of lab dips, bulk fabrics, knit downs, prints and trims, samples & labelling. Resolving any problems that may arise on a daily basis with suppliers. Checking all label & barcode layouts. Updating and maintaining supplier manuals. Checking and approving all invoices, and packing lists prior to shipment, and ensuring suppliers have made bookings for Freight, and approving vessel schedules will be met, and updating our shipping dept. Chasing to ensure goods are handed over on time, and meet the correct scheduled vessel. You will have: Fashion Degree or similar. At least 4 years' experience in a similar role working for a supplier. Experience managing the critical path. Competent user of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook and Excel. Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
