<p>Hi, I&rsquo;m Lucy, co-founder of Encore Recruitment.</p><p>I launched Encore in October 2020 after spending 20 years building a successful fashion and retail recruitment division for my previous employer. I left on good terms in the summer of 2020, ready to take everything I&rsquo;d learned and create something new.</p><p>From the very start, many of my long-standing clients and candidates joined me on this journey, and those relationships mean a lot to me.
